Top Ten Places Books Have Made Me Want to Visit (Fictional or Real)

Top Ten Tuesday is a meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish

Boston-The blame for my desire to visit this city lies solely with Julie Lessman's O'Conner family saga! I love those books so much and I would love to visit the city where they are set!

Italy-I've read a bunch of books set here but the ones that really made me want to go were The River of Time Series by Lisa T. Bergren

Narnia-This needs no explanation!

Middle Earth-Another no explanation needed one!

Ireland-I have always wanted to visit this country but books like There You'll Find Me by Jenny B. Jones made the desire grow a lot!

Alaska-Part of this comes from the fact that my bestie's mom grew up there but also The Alaskan Courage series by Dani Pettrey made me want to go much more!

England-I can't really pinpoint a book that made me want to go here and I have just always wanted to go!

San Francisco-This is also Julie Lessman's fault since I love her other series The Heart of San Francisco!

Belmont Mansion-Tamera Alexander's A Lasting Impression was so beautiful and after seeing all the pictures she's taken there I really want to go!

Russia-I only would want to go here because of the various Susan May Warren books set in this country!

It took me a REALLY long time to put together my list because I thought I had to pick real places and I apparently don't read many books set in real locations. Anyway. I stretched myself and found some exotic locations and matched them up with books I've read. MY TTT book locations

Anne-I had a little bit of difficulty too but I did manage it!

Chrissireads-Yeah it sounds pretty cool!

saaratis-They are both awesome places!

Dawn-Cool!

Michelle-That's Germany for me! My mom is 100% German and my dad is 1/2 so I really want to visit. It didn't make the list since there wasn't really a book that made me want to visit!
