The Question:
Do you think you will ever read every book in your TBR stack?
My Answer:
Yep! Right now I only have about 20 books in mine! In fact last year I actually did it and for a couple days had no books in my physical TBR stack! I don't count my ebooks because I don't think I'll ever get through them all!

My Thoughts
Definitely makes you want to know what that sign says! Any guesses?

I'm jealous - I don't think I'll ever finish mine, I agree with you about ebooks, I've got so many, mostly freebies, that I don't think I'll every get through them either.
ReplyDeleteCataluna6-Well I'm a cheapskate and rarely buy books so most of my books I get for review and they usually have a deadline, thus it makes it a little easier to stay on top of it! Yeah those freebies are so irresistible and before you know it you have hundreds of books waiting to be read!
ReplyDeleteYou only have 20 books in your pile? How do you do it?! I have at least 200 books and I've only read about a third of that :/
ReplyDeleteMy post
Vonnie-Haha yeah, due to having little money I don't buy as many books and then for a couple years I made it my goal to get through my books, reading only the books I owned and I finally managed to get it to zero last year, of course that lasted all of 2-3 days one of which was a Sunday-LOL! I have about 620 so I've read about 600 of them (that sounds crazy when I think about it!)
ReplyDeleteGood luck finishing your TBR

There is no way that will ever happen for me. I finish one and three get added. All writers everywhere would have to stop writing, I would have to live to be over 100, read full time all day every day and it still would not happen. LOL!
ReplyDeleteI am intrigued and wanna know more..
ReplyDeleteHere is my post
That's a great opening. Yes, I'm definitely curious about what the sign says. Guess I'll have to read the book to find out!
ReplyDeleteHere's the link to my Friday post: PICTURING PERFECT.
How do you manage only to have 20 books in your pile? Unless you have a strict distinction between 'I want to read' and 'I have an actual physical copy I will read'! The BB just makes me think of my own dream of opening a little bookstore! It will most definitely have a sign! Here's my Friday post and I hope you have a good weekend :)

Monique-Thank you!
ReplyDeleteAlysia-Haha! It helps a bit that for the most part I only read Christian Fiction so it narrows the quantity down a bit!
gautami-Yeah it definitely makes you curious!
Sandra-I hope you do!
Juli-I do view my to-be-read pile as only those books that I actually own! My I-want-to-read pile is much bigger and with new books being written all the time I doubt there will come a time that there are no books I want to read! I hope you get to open your bookstore someday!
My pile has grown considerably since being a book blogger.
ReplyDeletePeggy-Mine too!
ReplyDeleteCONGRATS on finishing your TBR stack and for only having 20 in it this year.
ReplyDeleteENJOY!!
Mom is still in the hospital, but have a little bit of down time so I am stopping by.
Happy Hopping!!
