The Question:
What are the top 5 books you would grab in an emergency?
My Answer:
I have always hated this question because I really couldn't pick but if I had to take 5 books with me right now I would pick five that I haven't read yet, but can't wait to read!

The pew creaked as another sinner rose to unburden her troubled soul. Molly Lovelace twisted around on the slick wooden bench, bunching her tiered skirt against her mother's, and watched as Louise Bradford stood. Bother. As if she had anything interesting to confess.

My Thoughts
Not bad for a beginning. In these few short sentences we are already given a decent look at our heroine. Tiered skirt implies a bit wealthier than your everyday girl, she's attending church so you can guess at her religious views and from her thoughts you get a glimpse of her humor. All in all a decent start!

I had a hard time too, so I just fell back on my old favorites, Harry Potter! I like that you picked ones from your tbr list!
