This Week's Question:
Who is your go-to author when you are in a reading rut?
My Answer:
This might seem strange but I don't really have a go-to author. I don't usually get into too big of reading ruts-usually just a day or two-and when I do get in one I take that time to get some other stuff accomplished. Then I just pick up whatever book is next on my list and get reading! Sometimes when I do get into a larger reading slump I'll go out of the order I planned and just pick the book that sounds most interesting.

I have a few favorite authors I go to when I am in a rut to get myself jump-started again. They usually have a book I haven't read yet. Usually what puts me into a reading rut, is a deadline to get and ARC book read and reviewed. For that reason I don't accept very many ARC books. I mostly just read for my own entertainment, so don't like being on some kind of a planned reading schedule.
I said the same thing -- reading rut? What's that? I never get tired of reading. Ever.
Happy Hopping!
what is that --reading rut??? I love to read and would rather be doing that then most other things. I sometimes read different type books - like not all the same-amish then historical-mystery-inspirational and etc...

I love it when I hear about people who don't get in reading ruts! I’m glad I dropped by from BBH. I’m your newest follower.

I totally agree, I never get in a reading rut, but do like to change my genres up once in a while, so it really depends on which genre I am reading as to who is my go to author, although Debbie Macomber is always a sure bet.I am your newest GFC follower. have an awesome rest of the week. http://www.kittycrochettwo.blogspot.com
