Cascade (River of Time #2) by Lisa T. Bergren
In
Cascade, the second book in the River of Time Series, Gabi
knows she’s left her heart in the fourteenth century and she
persuades Lia to help her to return, even though they know doing so
will risk their very lives. When they arrive, weeks have passed and
all of Siena longs to celebrate the heroines who turned the tide in
the battle against Florence—while the Florentines will go to great
lengths to see them dead.
But
Marcello patiently awaits, and Gabi must decide if she’s willing to
leave her family behind for good in order to give her heart to him
forever.
Torrent (River of Time #3) by Lisa T. Bergren
When
Gabi and Lia finally learn to surf the river of time, they realize
they must make hard choices about life and love in Torrent,
the third and final book in the River of Time series.
Gabi
and Lia Betarrini have learned to control their time travel, and they
return from medieval Italy to save their father from his tragic death
in modern times.
But
love calls across the centuries, and the girls are determined to
return forever—even though they know the Black Plague is advancing
across Europe, claiming the lives of one-third of the population. In
the suspenseful conclusion of the River of Time series, every
decision is about life … and death.
Wolfsbane (Discarded Heroes #3) by Ronie Kendig
Embark
upon a danger-laden mission within the pages of Ronie Kendig’s
riveting Wolfsbane.
Demolitions expert Danielle Roark thought escaping from a brutal
Venezuelan general was a challenge. Now she’s charged with
espionage and returned to the jungle where a new nightmare begins.
Will Dani survive or become just another political pawn destined to
be lost forever? Former Green Beret Canyon Metcalfe is disgusted with
the suits on Capitol Hill. Still wrestling with the memories of a
mission gone bad, he and Nightshade launch a mission to find Dani.
Can Canyon rescue Dani, armed with nothing but raw courage?
Firethorn ((Discarded Heroes #4) by Ronie Kendig
Don

within the pages of Ronie Kendig’s thriller Firethorn.
Former Marine Griffin “Legend” Riddell, a fugitive from
injustice, finds it difficult to trust anyone. Covert operative Kazi
Faron, the woman sent to free him, has a dangerous secret that may
jeopardize her life, mission, and the only man she respects. As
Griffin and Kazi race around the globe to save Nightshade, the danger
mounts. Will they find the culprit sabotaging their black ops team?
Can their newfound feelings and trust survive when Griffin and Kazi
face truth and terror?
Baroness (Daughters of Fortune #2) by Susan May Warren
What
could they possibly want when they already have everything? Two
daughters of fortune have been handed all the makings for storybook
happily-ever-afters. The only problem is, they don’t want to live
fairy-tale lives. But when forced to decide, will they really be able
to abandon lives of ease and luxury for the love and adventure that
beckons? Coming of age in the turbulent Roaring Twenties, each woman
sets out to find romance—on her own terms. But at what cost will
she find her happy ending?
The Hunger Games (The Hunger Games #1) by Suzanne Collins
In
the ruins of a place once known as North America lies the nation of
Panem, a shining Capitol surrounded by twelve outlying districts.
Long ago the districts waged war on the Capitol and were defeated. As
part of the surrender terms, each district agreed to send one boy and
one girl to appear in an annual televised event called, "The
Hunger Games," a fight to the death on live TV. Sixteen-year-old
Katniss Everdeen, who lives alone with her mother and younger sister,
regards it as a death sentence when she is forced to represent her
district in the Games. The terrain, rules, and level of audience
participation may change but one thing is constant: kill or be
killed.
The Sound of Red Returning (Red Returning #1) by Sue Duffy
After
losing everyone she loves, concert pianist Liesl Bower has nowhere to
go but to escape into her music. Searching for the peace she usually
finds in her concertos and sonatas, Liesl can't shake the feeling
that she is being haunted by her past . . . and by someone following
her. When she spots a familiar and eerie face in the audience of a
concert she's giving for the president in Washington, DC, the
scariest day of her life comes back to her with a flash. It has been
fifteen years since Liesl watched her beloved Harvard music mentor
assaulted on a dark night in Moscow and just as long since the CIA
disclosed to her that he'd been spying for Russia. She had seen that
man-that eerie face-the night Professor Devoe was attacked. And now
he's back-and coming for her.
The Chase (Crime Scene: Houston) by DiAnn Mills
To
the FBI it's a cold case. To Kariss Walker it's a hot idea that could
either reshape or ruin her writing career. And it's a burning mission
to revisit an event she can never forget. Five years ago, an
unidentified little girl was found starved to death in the woods
behind a Houston apartment complex. A TV news anchor at the time,
Kariss reported on the terrifying case. Today, as a New York Times
bestselling author, Kariss intends to turn the unsolved mystery into
a suspense novel. Enlisting the help of FBI Special Agent Tigo
Harris, Kariss succeeds in getting the case reopened. But the search
for the dead girl's missing mother yields a discovery that plunges
the partners into a witch's brew of danger. The old crime lives on in
more ways than either of them could ever imagine. Will Kariss's
pursuit of her dream as a writer carry a deadly price tag? Drawing
from a real-life cold case, bestselling novelist DiAnn Mills presents
a taut collage of suspense, faith, and romance in The Chase.
Blue Moon Promise (Under Texas Stars #1) by Coleen Coble
Lucy
Marsh's worldly resources are running out, but she's fiercely
determined to care for her younger brother and sister. When she
discovers that their father's recent death was no accident, Lucy is
eager to leave town. She accepts a proxy marriage she believes will
provide safe refuge. But trouble follows her to Texas where her new
husband is surprised to suddenly have a wife and children to care
for.
Nate
Stanton always hoped he'd marry someday, but running the family ranch
meant he had no time for romance. When his father deposits Lucy
Marsh-a city girl-on his doorstep, with two siblings in the bargain,
he expects ranch life will send her running on the first train out of
town. But Lucy is made of tougher stuff than Nate imagined. When
danger moves in, Nate finds he'd give anything to protect Lucy and
the children he's grown to love. Even if it means giving up his
ranch.
Interrupted: A Life Beyond Words by Rachel Coker
Can
love really heal all things? If Sam Carroll hadn't shown up, she
might have been able to get to her mother in time. Instead, Allie
Everly finds herself at a funeral, mourning the loss of her beloved
mother. She is dealt another blow when, a few hours later, she is
sent from Tennessee to Maine to become the daughter of Miss Beatrice
Lovell, a prim woman with a faith Allie cannot accept. Poetry and
letters written to her mother become the only things keeping Allie's
heart from hardening completely. But then Sam arrives for the summer,
and with him comes many confusing emotions, both toward him and the
people around her. As World War II looms, Allie will be forced to
decide whether hanging on to the past is worth losing her chance to
be loved.

Cascade is on my list. as well! I just read Waterfall. The story was pretty good, although I think the dialogue is rather...interesting. It was almost difficult for me to get over the "teen" phrases to enjoy the actual story, but I made it!
You just made my day! DiAnn Mills has a book I haven't read? I love her. Great list. Thanks for giving me so many books to read. I also love Christian fiction.

I definitely recommend THE HUNGER GAMES (along with a gazillion others), and DIVERGENT by Veronica Roth if you haven't read it already.
Colin-Thanks for stopping by! I'm really excited to finally read the Hunger Games! And I've heard lots of good stuff about Divergent so I may give that a try soon too.
I just finished Waterfall and can't wait to read the other two books in this series. This is a great list.
