Top Ten Bookish Confessions

Top Ten Tuesday is a meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish

I refuse to deface a book, whether it be dog-earring, cracking the spine, writing, bending the cover, or any other horrible thing.

I am pretty much always reading more than one book at a time-usually at least 3

I hate being read aloud to which includes audio books.

Head-hopping is the quickest way to way to make me put a book down.

Humor is one of the most important parts of a book for me-make me laugh and I will probably love your book!

I love when books reference things that I'm familiar with, especially tv shows and movies that I love.

I love, love, love, when book covers have girls in gorgeous dresses on them. Honestly if I see a book with a pretty dress on it I have to know what it's about.

I'm a major romance girl-I like to have at least a bit of romance in all of the books I read.

I used to hate books written in first person but now I love them!

I talk about book characters like they are real people and I sometimes even talk to them.

Love this post!

I hate being read aloud to, also. But I am TRYING to get into audiobooks. It's tough. Only possible when the reader is REALLY good!

I am with you on being "read" to. I've tried audiobooks so many times.

I'm with you on the pretty dresses too! I know they are overdone, but they are just so pretty.

I also read more than one book at the same time. I've tried listening to audiobooks, but it doesn't work for me. Humor is important, indeed! I never read any book in the first POV; now it's the only thing I read :p Book characters feel real sometimes. Pretty dresses on covers are pretty. So we have a lot in common. I like your list :)

My top 10 Tuesday.

This was so fun to read! I especially love the last one! I no joke am ALWAYS saying like, "Enter Character would so love that!" I am now just SO relieved I'm not the only one who treats fictional characters like real people! Because seriously, the looks I have gotten for possessing this semi-weird habit are enough to drive anyone to the mad house!
