Friday Memes 10/4

Book Blogger Hop

The Question:
What book gave you goose bumps?

My Answer:
I honestly can't think of any. I don't really read spooky books so...

Ivy Madison would do just about anything to stay in the secluded, beautiful, innocent town of Deep Haven. Even if she had to buy a man.
Take a Chance on Me by Susan May Warren

My Thoughts
Well my very first thought was excitement about finally read this book! But in regards to the sentence it definitely makes you pause and go "Wait a minute! What?!" Great beginning!

Hi Abi,

Great first lines, I really did have to cheat a little and check out the full synopsis, to find out a bit more about what might be going on here.

I won't say any more, so as not to spoil this passage for other commenters, but suffice to say, the book sounds great, Susan May Warren has a fantastic website and I hope that you enjoy reading.

Have a great weekend,
